100% recommend- Not Guilty on both charges

I received two exceeding posted maximum speeding tickets (one 71 in a 45, one 71 in a 45 in a work zone) which amounted to very expensive tickets, many potential points on my license, and a significant potential car insurance increase. I googled around and called a couple lawyers. One of which was s...ignificantly more expensive than David Waranch, who preached that 'you get what you pay for', but was from a large firm, had his assistant reach out to me instead, and I overall didn't have a great feeling about him. When I spoke with David Waranch personally, I trusted his experience and his level of engagement in my case. He discussed my case with me at length, called to check in with me as my court date neared, and called me after the case to let me know I was found NOT guilty on both charges. I know the process to pick a lawyer can be overwhelming and confusing but David will focus on your case. He has both sincerity and the expertise and I 100% recommend him.

Great job

David was clear, direct, and efficient and made this process as painless as possible. I lived out of state from where I received a speeding ticket and it was incredibly helpful for him to attend court and contest it on my behalf, resulting in a “not guilty” verdict!

Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney, Expert on courtroom tactics

David Waranch has represented me in 2 difficult traffic cases. Each time he understood the importance of a ruling that would add NO points to my driving license record. In a recent case, he achieved complete dismissal of the charge, and in the other case he achieved the same result of ZERO points. ...He is easy to reach by telephone and email and is diligent in his preparation of the case. Excellent communication with the client before and after trial.

Minor traffic violation case

David Waranch handled a minor traffic violation case for me. He was extremely responsive and patient in explaining the case, pros, and cons to me - especially considering that I had a lot of questions. He handled everything professionally and promptly. A very important thing to me was that he would r...eply to emails quickly and was easy to get a hold of over the phone. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service

I was a great experience working with David. He explained the process of how to deal with traffic violation case clearly. Processed all our paperwork online. And of course, won the case on our behalf. I will highly recommend him.
