So I was charged with a summary citation and was told by the officer there would be NO criminal record. To my shock I discovered that I would have a criminal record and it could not be expunged for another 5 years. I found Brian and he did a free consultation. I had spoken to several other lawyer...s, but they were impatient and did not want to hear too many details. Not Brian, he listened to in great detail every aspect of my situation and my case. Our family hired Brian to help with a family member that took a wrong turn in life and made some bad decisions.
