Kevin J. Handy handles a wide variety of legal matters in Bucks County, Montgomery County and Philadelphia, PA.  He focuses his practice in Pennsylvania family law, including Pennsylvania divorce, child custody, prenuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements, trusts and estates and Orphans' Court litigation.  Mr. Handy is considered one of the top Bucks County divorce lawyers and Montgomery County divorce lawyers.  His practice areas also include contract negotiations and disputes, general business law, insurance coverage issues, real estate law, consumer fraud law and personal injury.  A substantial portion of Mr. Handy's practice is also dedicated to handling appeals.  With over 12 years of experience and top academic credentials, Mr. Handy brings a wealth of legal knowledge and practical experience to the cases he handles.

Mr. Handy is a graduate of the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA and the Temple University School of Law, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.  While attending Temple University School of Law, Mr. Handy was a staff member of the Temple Law Review.  Mr. Handy also interned with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit under the Honorable Theodore McKee.
