The Law Office of Josey Lyne Payne, Esq., is a boutique law firm where I focus my entire practice on families when they are mot in need, including divorce; modifications; custody; child support; paternity; guardianships; adoption; alimony; oui defense; domestic violence; and estate planning. I have many professional relationships with other attorneys which affords me the resources to provided my clients with referrals to other elite attoneys when necessary. I strive to provide the individualized attention of a small firm that is dedicated to serving families in Eastern Massachusetts. The goal is to always make every client feel like they have the support of a trusted friend and ally, and to give honest, eperienced advice. I encourage and assist clients in finding resolutions that they can live with, both today and tomorrow, while maintaining realistic goals. Where possible, I strive to help broken families heal and reach agreements amicably, however, when necessary I am a zealous and aggressive advocate. I know that legal processes and procedures are daunting, but I believe, with my knowledge about the law and focused attention on your unique circumstances, that your rights can and will be vindicated.
