I am an attorney who has built a career around advocacy and litigation. I am a life long resident of Philadelphia and utilize the associated vigor in my practice . My practice is concentrated in toxic tort, personal injury, and workers' compensation. Currently, I am licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I also am a certified arbitrator and mediator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.
In 2005 I earned my Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University, University Park Campus. I then attended Rutgers School of Law-Camden, graduating in 2009. During law school, I was an intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to represent the Office in court. Throughout law school, I was heavily involved in the Trial Advocacy Competition Team and was a founding member and teacher of a trial competition class. Upon graduation, I was awarded the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy, which is awarded to one graduate from each of the Philadelphia law schools who has shown outstanding abilities in the area of trial advocacy.
Following law school, I was an associate at a small firm in Philadelphia and then a law clerk for the late, Honorable David E. Krell in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Subsequently I was a law clerk in the Complex Litigation Center in the Civil Trial Division, First Judicial District, Court of the Common Pleas of Pennsylvania, assigned to the Honorable Ricardo C. Jackson, S.J..
In my present position at Swartz Campbell I maintain a wide range of matters in the practice areas of asbestos litigation, person injury, workers' compensation. I have had the pleasure of handling matters on both the plaintiff and defense sides of the table. This has given me a unique perspective and greatly influenced how I advocate and negotiate.
I take great pride in my work and am always available to speak to a client or someone seeking legal counsel. I presently live in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Philadelphia with my wife and pit-bull rescue.

Mr Morlok was a fantastic lawyer. Before any court date, we sat down and discussed the case at hand. His opinions, advice, and recommendations were excellent.
