I am a family law attorney with extensive experience handling divorce, alimony, child support, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, domestic violence, custody and parenting time issues both pre and post complaint and judgment, as well as modification of settlement agreements and court orders as to custody, alimony, and child support. I am also well-versed in military family matters and the legalities of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, having handled many such actions to the satisfaction of our service member Clients. Additionally, I am experienced in Bauers actions, assisting many Clients acheive their goal of relocating out of the State of New Jersey with their child over the objection of the other parent.
