Brian M. Collins Jr.

I'm not usually one to write a review but Brian Collins deserved praise after helping my have all charges withdrawn against me during my case. Although t he charges were all false to begin with I still had to go through the system like any other. They involved a off duty police officer so even though... the charges had no merit I was still concerned they would believe the officer and I would end up sitting in jail for crimes I did not commit. Brian was very responsive and never asked me If I would like to plea out and bow down in fear of jail time to the often wrong justice system. I made a good choice and would highly recommend him to anybody facing the legal system. The cost was worth it because you get what you pay for and even though you may find a cheaper attorney like I had done before hiring Brian Collins you will also find far more expensive attorneys. In the long run the state withdrew the false charges that should have never been filed to begin with. The good thing also about Mr. Collins his firm handles civil cases and hopefully I can recoup some of my money and time I wasted during that period of my life.

Mr. Collins assisted me with my criminal defense case in which I faced 2.5 to 5 years in prison for a misdemeanor charge. I unfortunately did not find Mr. Collins until later in my case, but despite this, as soon as Mr. Collins was on board he went right to work. Mr. Collins dug through my case to fi...nd the best possible outcome. I had already pled guilty to the charges, which made things a little more difficult, but that did not stop Mr. Collins from grabbing the bull by the horns and taking action immediately. Mr. Collins took every avenue possible in negotiations. In the end, I was sentenced to a probationary term, a little fine, and a little community service. Mr. Collins is extremely intelligent, proactive, as well as an aggressive fighter. He was very personable as well as reassuring and supportive throughout it all. Whether your case is in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, or Bucks counties, I would make Mr. Collins your first call! Thanks to him, I'm at home right now. He is a super lawyer!
