Patrick Fanning Madden

Patrick F. Madden is an associate attorney in the Consumer Protection, Employment Law, Insurance Products & Financial Services, and Lending Practices & Borrowers' Rights practice groups at Berger & Montague. His practice principally focuses on consumer class actions concerning financial practices, insurance products and construction products.

Mr. Madden is actively involved in multiple nationwide consumer class actions with a focus on consumer financial practices and construction product defects. He is also presently involved in the representation of putative nationwide classes of building and structure owners on which defective building products have been installed (e.g., siding, roofing shingles, yellow-brass pipe fittings).

Additionally, Mr. Madden has worked on class and collective action wage and hour and overtime suits throughout the country on behalf of employees whose employers do not pay them for all hours worked.
