Mr. Kellis is very loyal and a real go getter in court, I was driving on a revoked license, I also was supposed to have interlock installed in my vehicle so all odds were against me, the prosecutor went deep into my past and tried to convict me, Mr. Kellis was calm about the whole situation, cross examing the cop and all, the DA. Was asking for jail time for me, I had 3 prior Dui's and a convicted involuntary manslaughter, well the bottom line is the judge dismissed all charges, all I had to pay was court cost!!!! Man I could've kissed this man, I didn't receive a ticket or anything!!!! I RECOMMEND STEVEN E. KELLIS FOR YOUR DEFENSE!!! I CAN ALMOST GUARANTEE YOUR OUTCOME!!!! HE DID IT FOR ME, I KNOW HE CAN AND WILL DO IT FOR YOU!!!! I PUT MY STAMP OF APPROVAL ON THIS MAN!!!!!

YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!! TRUST ME!!!! I'M SO HAPPY AND GRATEFUL TO HIM❤❤❤❤❤

I had a complicated DUI. Because of a prior, which resulted in a conditional discharge, I didn't qualify for ARD even though I had no prior DUIs (this was my 1st). He tried 3-4 times writing beautiful letters to the ARD dept, they denied me each time. So Kellis went to their offices to vie on my behalf in person. The whole ordeal lasted 11 months because he tried that hard to get me a better deal. In the end he did get my blood results thrown out which resulted in my sentence only being 2 days, not a week or 3. One say is a huge difference in jail, for someone who doesn't belong or fit there & has never been. I also got wkd jail thx to him.
I see a lot of reviews saying "my lawyer was always on time" but I've never seen one who had a lawyer who fought so hard for a client. The $$ I pd couldn't have covered a year of 6-7 hearings, but he did it anyway. Thank you Kellis :) highly recommend.

Mr. Kellis represented my son on his 2nd DUI in pennsylvania . We received a jail free sentence which could have been 5 years. Least possible fine. He took a whole day to talk to the prosecution to come up with a good plea.

I had Steven Kellis for my lawyer for DUI case in bucks County Pennsylvania in July 2013. I had high levels of alcohol and several schedule 3 substances in my system I got denied ard twice because of my blood work. Steven help me fight up until my day of court to get ard and day of court they granted it to me. Today is February 2015 and I'm still dealing with ARD and Steven has still been returning phone calls and helping me out. He never gave up and always gave me good advice. If I were ever to need an attorney again I would hire him again.

If you want someone to care and fight for your case Steven is not the lawyer for you. He will walk you through the process and hold your hand but not fight or find creative ways to help you. Steven showed up late for every meeting and hearing unprepared. He had to read the case file in order to remember who you are. If you want to feel like a number and be walked through the process then he is the right lawyer. If you want someone to care about your case and fight for you then Steven is not your guy. He looks at your file the day of the case and that is it. He is unprepared and does only the bare minimum.

I received my second DUI in late 2014 with a high BAC at .246. No accident or anything, but I was very scared. Mr. Kellis assured me not to worry at every step of the way and gave me the outcome I had hoped for. I was able to keep my job, bartending, while on house arrest. The court room employees and sheriff's department officers told me I was the first person that the stern judge has allowed to bartend while on DUI house arrest in over 10 years. This was all due to Mr. Kellis' preparation and readiness in court. He knows what he's doing and has great rapport with the DA's and judges. He even pointed out another lawyer's mistake in court and helped another attorney's client receive a lesser sentence. I was very happy with my decision and would recommend him to anyone in need of legal help. His price is fixed and very reasonable and he returns phone calls immediately and will meet you at any time and at any place every step of the way.

After calling several Lawyers in order to deal with my legal issues I decided to use Mr. Kellis. His approach on the phone was confident and he immediately gave me some relief from my worst fears. My case dragged on for over two years and over that time I felt my attorney explored every avenue to get my consequences minimized. He never gave up on any possibility for dismissal and when it came time to make arguments in front of the judge he was outstanding. The outcome of my case was better than I thought it would be and much of the credit goes to Mr. Kellis. When courtroom employees tell you that you have chosen the best DUI Lawyer it is a good sign that you made the right choice. I hope I never need the services of an attorney for such matters again but I highly recommend him for anyone in need of legal council in his area of specialty.

On April 20, 2015 I was arrested for a dui in Philadelphia, which was my second dui in the past seven years. With a BAC of .128 second tier second dui, and a mandatory 30 days in jail, I had to find an experience dui attorney who I trust and is well known, knows the courtroom system and procedures, and has the respect of the judge, prosecutor and DA. Faced with falling back to the stone age, he saved my business, my future and got me my life back with a dismissal of my dui. He will definitely set up the right scenario for the best outcome. Thanks Mr. Kellis for all your help.

I found Mr. Kellis online after doing my own research on different attorneys for my DUI case. I was very skeptical at first not know what I was getting myself into but the moment I talked with Mr. Kellis I felt a sense of relief. After I spoke with him I knew I was in good hands and this man would do anything in his power to help me and my family. I was a DUI accident case facing losing my license and 72 hours or more jail time. Mr. Kellis stayed confident and fought tooth and nail during my court process. As I watched him through this process I became even more positive because of his professionalism and the respect that others in the court system had for him. At the end of the day Mr. Kellis got my DUI dismissed. I owe him my life and would recommend him to anyone in need. I not only met an attorney but I truly believe I gained a new friend.
Thank you Mr. Kellis for everything you did.

Steve is a knight in shining armor. He got my DUI dismissed on a technicality in Philadelphia. I am a real person not a paid endorser. He also helped me in another unrelated legal matter. When he walks into the room you feel like you're in good capable hands. He makes you feel like you've got a fighting chance. He's like a breath of fresh air when your world is crumbling around you. You want this man in your corner. He is without a gem of a lawyer. He's a cut above the rest. Thank you Steve!
