Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. grew up in lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania and graduated from Council Rock High School. While in high school, Mr. Saile played baseball and was a varsity member of Council Rock’s wrestling team in his junior and senior years. Also during high school, Mr. Saile attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Scouting, a designation attained by less than 1% of all Scouts.
Mr. Saile then attended the University of Delaware where he attained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. While in college Mr. Saile was a member of the social fraternity of Pi Kappa Alpha. After college, Mr. Saile immediately began law school at Widener University School of Law, where he was frequently named to the Dean’s List and was an active member on the Law School’s trial team. Mr. Saile graduated law school with honors and received several Certificates of Achievement for obtaining the highest grade in the class. During law school Mr. Saile clerked for a law firm in Wilmington, Delaware.
After law school, Mr. Saile successfully passed both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar examinations and began practicing law for a firm in Vineland, New Jersey. While working in New Jersey, Mr. Saile personally handled over 100 personal injury cases (at a time) and numerous municipal court matters, including driving under the influence cases. Mr. Saile participated in several jury trials and appealed a case to the NJ Supreme Court, which was eventually decided in his client’s favor. This published case improved NJ law for tens of thousands of people injured in New Jersey car accidents. Although he gained great experience at this law firm.
In 2004, Mr. Saile merged practices with his father, Michael Sr. (although he doesn’t enjoy being called “Senior”) and together they formed Saile & Saile LLP. At Saile & Saile LLP, Mike focuses his practice on only two areas of law: Personal Injury and DUI Defense.
While at Saile & Saile LLP, Mike made some changes to the way he was previously practicing law. Mike wanted to improve customer service at his new firm. Mike initiated case acceptance guidelines. This means that we only take on a small number of cases and only work for clients that want to team with us to get the best possible result. We do not overextend ourselves in order to increase our incomes. We believe that attention to case details, customer service, communication and a strong relationship with our clients benefits our clients and our law firm in the long term.
In 2016, Mr. Saile joined forces with John F. Cordisco, Esq. creating the powerful personal injury law firm known as Cordisco & Saile LLC. At Cordisco & Saile LLC, Mike and John brought about 50 years of combined experience to create a dynamic, customer centric personal injury law firm from the ground up. Cordisco & Saile LLC handles a variety of personal injury case focusing on: auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, bar fight injuries, slip and falls, nursing home neglect and abuse cases, dangerous product and drug cases, and other types of personal injury cases.
Besides his busy practice of law, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, making homemade wine (…ask him for a bottle of red), exercising, golfing, fishing, and winter sports. Mike enjoys both the New Jersey and Delaware beaches during the summer months. Mike is an active father of three boys, including twins. He serves as there wrestling coach at Council Rock Wrestling Association, flag football coach at Northampton Indians and helps coach them in soccer at CRUSA.
Mike has been named multiple times as a “Rising Star-Super Lawyer” by Thompson Legal. This means that his colleagues and peers have recognized him as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys (under 40 years of age) in Pennsylvania. This designation is only given to 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania.
Mike has also been named multiple times to the Top 40 under 40 List, Top 100 in personal injury lawyers in Pennsylvania, Top 25 auto accident lawyers in Pennsylvania, and Top 254 Truck accident lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association.

This means Mr. Saile has be rated by his peers and local judges to possess the highest levels of legal knowledge, analytical capabilites, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience.

In addition, Mr. Saile’s consumer oriented book titled “Don't Crash Again" was published. This guidebook answers many common questions and concerns of injured car accident victims. It is a car accident victim's guide to maximizing recovery.
Mr. Saile recently had his 2nd book published titled "Not Another Bad Lawyer" which is an injured person's guide to finding the best personal injury lawyer for them and their case.
