Excellent Choice

I had made a terrible mistake which required me needing assistance from an Attorney. I reached out to Marko and he made me aware of my choices, after 3 1/2 years to finally get to court he still made the horrible situation not terrible. If I should ever need an attorney again. He will be hired. Thank... you very much, MR Marko Burgar.

Excellent lawyer!

He was able to get 6 serious drug felonies null processed (Nolle prosequi) for me. Great guy and an excellent lawyer who truly cares about the we'll being of his clients.

Immediate and Effective

I have a child who attends college in Georgia. Early one morning around 2:00 a.m., we got that dreadful phone call no parent every wants to receive. It started with, “You have a call from an inmate at Cobb County Detention Center….” It was my 19 year old child who had been arrested for a DUI. I f...elt completely hopeless and did not know what to do given we do not live in Georgia. I went on line and filled out several website questionnaires for assistance. To my absolute surprise, Mr. Burgar called me at 6:20 a.m. that same morning. I explained what I knew about the situation and he gave me advice on what I needed to do to help my child until I could obtain attorney representation. It was at that very moment that I knew he was the attorney for us. No matter what time of day, he always took our calls or called us back as soon as he was available. My child had a rough time dealing with the situation and he was there every step of the way with encouragement. Since we do not reside in Georgia, he and his secretary Ms. Gladys went out of their way to check on my child weekly and sometimes more, if needed. They would call to see if my child was okay and to provide my child with words of encouragement. Mr. Burgar even went in our place to my child’s disciplinary hearing at school. Since taking on our case, he was relentless in dealing with the Court system and was able to successfully obtain the best outcome possible in our situation. Although my child now has an arrest record, there is now no record of any conviction. It is solely because of him that our child has been given a second chance and can now move forward in life.

Effective and Efficient

I found Marko through a recommendation by another lawyer. I went to meet with him concerning my case, and he clearly and thoughtfully explained all of our options and routes. He is very fairly priced, and provided an excellent service. Considering the situation he got me essentially the best possible... outcome in my case.
