I had a complicated DUI. Because of a prior, which resulted in a conditional discharge, I didn't qualify for ARD even though I had no prior DUIs (this was my 1st). He tried 3-4 times writing beautiful letters to the ARD dept, they denied me each time. So Kellis went to their offices to vie on my beha...lf in person. The whole ordeal lasted 11 months because he tried that hard to get me a better deal. In the end he did get my blood results thrown out which resulted in my sentence only being 2 days, not a week or 3. One say is a huge difference in jail, for someone who doesn't belong or fit there & has never been. I also got wkd jail thx to him. I see a lot of reviews saying "my lawyer was always on time" but I've never seen one who had a lawyer who fought so hard for a client. I had Steven Kellis for my lawyer for DUI case in bucks County Pennsylvania in July 2013. I had high levels of alcohol and several schedule 3 substances in my system I got denied ard twice because of my blood work.
