Restored License Suspension
I had two one year suspensions on my license for failure to pay a ticket as well as a speeding ticket. Michael was able to get a new hearing and negotiate all charges down to 2 week suspension and a no-point traffic violation. Thank you!

Reckless Driving Charge
Philadelphia's "Finest" issued a reckless driving ticket to me for speeding on interstate 76. The ticket was full of lies and details were exaggerated all because I did not fear the officer. I talked to him with respect but I went toe to toe with him with the sarcasm. I know it was not best idea to m...

Would Not Recommend
10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. Go find a better and cheaper lawyer. I paid Michael's higher rates for superior service, but ended up getting worse service than any other traffic lawyer I have used in the past and my previous lawyers were cheaper for similar cases! Michael was very helpful at first and...
I take your comments very seriously. I did obtain an excellent result on your behalf due to my superior negotiation skills. While I do recognize that my three (3) day lag in communication following our most recent telephone conversation did cause you angst, I will endeavor to make certain that such time lags in communication do not happen in the future in my law practice. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused by you having to deal with Moneygram. However, I take personal offense of your accusation that I “screwed” you out of three hundred dollars, which is a lie, and simply did not happen.

Complete Rip OFF!!
He did not come to court prepared or on time. He showed up with a mis-match wrinkled suit, and he was not prepared for case or anything. He did not know my name or care to say it correctly, he "Googled" the court fines and read them off of his phone as he spoke to the judge. He told the judge to bri...
REBUTTAL On the very rare occasion I am forced to write a rebuttal to a negative and vicious review such as this one, I wonder about the mindset of the writer. I am an extremely successful traffic law attorney, (see my hundreds of positive highly rated favorable reviews), practicing for over twenty-six years, because I take each and every one of my clients and their cases very seriously. I avail each of my clients my professionalism, respect, expert knowledge and opinion with superior representation in court before judges and prosecutors. The client writer of this review was no exception; this client was given excellent representation and professional treatment. This client's vicious attack on my time management skills, the quality of my personal attire and my case management methods are not only unwarranted but bold face lies. This client's name is a tongue twister. I asked for the correct pronunciation of the client's name to allow myself to respectfully address this client correctly. I most sincerely apologize to this client if I mispronounced the client's name. On any given day, I appear in many different courts on different client’s behalf. There are times when a trial in one court runs later than expected, delaying my arrival in the following court. When this happens I am always in touch with both the client and the subsequent courts, know the docket schedule and time of trial and advise the clerk and the client of my delay. That was the case with this client’s trial, I was running late but I assured the client that the court was aware that I had been delayed by an unanticipated delayed earlier trial and that the client's trial would not begin prior to my arrival. I am a professional, as such; I pride myself on dressing impeccably. I NEVER wear mismatched or wrinkled suits and I ALWAYS dress occasion appropriate. This being 2017, the electronic age of convenience, I utilize electronic devices i.e. iPad, smart phone and computer to store client records, court records, dockets, offense penalties, etc. and I refer to these devices to reference case material when I am before a judge. This client writer was charged with a serious offense. The penalty if found guilty is suspension of driver’s license and driving privileges in addition to a fine. Because I negotiated with the prosecutor and judge; they agreed to not to suspend the client's driver's license. The judge insisted that since the client violated the law and the Court showed mercy in not suspending the client's driver’s license, the client was still required to pay a fine as a penalty for entering a guilty plea to violating the law. If it were not for my negotiations, this client would have both lost the driver's license and been required to pay a fine. I do not set the amount of the fine. The Judge sets the amount of the fine. I gave this client excellent representation, saving the driver’s license from being suspended. Does this person believe they should not be required to pay a fine even when the Judge does not suspend the driver's license as a result of my excellent negotiation? Does this client believe that since a fine was assessed by the Judge that the client's representation was substandard? Why else would this client anonymously and viciously attack my professional and favorable outcome of the representation?
