Biography
Michael Curtis Greenberg, Esquire is a 1990 graduate of the Widener University School of Law where for two years he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. While in law school, Michael was a quarter-finalist in the Moot Court Honor Society competition. Additionally, Michael Curtis Greenberg represented the Widener Univeristy School of Law Moot Court Honor Society Interscholastic Debating Team in the Merna S. Marshall Administrative Law Interscholastic Competition having achieved with his Interscholastic Debating Team partner a first place result in the oral argument part of the competition.
In June 1996, at a group admission ceremony before all nine (9) Justices of the United States Supreme Court, Michael Curtis Greenberg, Esquire was sworn in and was admitted as a Member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Greenberg is presently licensed to practice law before the United States Supreme Court.

Be careful
I had an accident that both parties got a ticket for, but i felt i was innocent. Instead of actually fighting against the ticket he ordered for a civil reservation and got it to a no point violation. That’s good work but I need a car and need money,so essentially not what I wanted.

Not so good experience
Hired this lawyer to take care a traffic ticket...he failed to show up for the traffic hearing and then have the nerve to charge me the fine for non-appearance. He did manage to get my ticket reduced but the fact is that he forgot my traffic hearing and I had to pay for his mistake.

Replied last April 07, 2017I obtained an excellent result for this individual. AT NO TIME, did I miss or forget to attend any hearing. A very favorable resolution was reached between the Judge, the Prosecutor and myself prior to the hearing taking place, thus obviating the need for a hearing. Having resolved the matter, the Judge excused me from having to be present at the hearing. Because of my diligence and excellent negotiation skills, this individual received a very reduced fine. The amount of the fine for traffic viiolations is determined by the Pennsylvania Legislature. To the contrary, the amount of the reduced fine in the instant matter had no bearing upon the fact that Judge had excused me from having to be present in Court on a matter which was resolved prior to the hearing having taken place. In advance of the hearing, I informed this individual of the excellent result which I negotiated and that the Judge had excused me from being present as no hearing would take place. This person expressed thanks to me for the excellent resolutution and reduction of fine. This person was fully and completely aware that since the matter had been resolved, the Judge had excused me from being present in Court. To the contrary, NO mistake was made. I do not determine the amount of fines. I am a successful traffic law and criminal law attorney because I take all my clients and cases VERY seriously. This client was no exception.
