Amazing job

Thanks for fair settlement

When my marriage fell apart I expected the worst. I own a small business that I started as a teenager and have ran for over 25 years and have done very well for myself financially. Unfortunately I have not always been the best with women and against my better judgement I married a younger woman that I knew was more interested in my lifestyle than in me. Well when it ended she and her lawyer told me that would take everything. Shut down my business and take half my assets. I was devastated. My business has been my passion and not being able to bear children it is my legacy. Well to my amazement Chris was able to somehow turn my ex-wife and her money hungry lawyer into REASONABLE people and he reached an actual fair settlement that allowed me to keep ownership of my business. Chris has been a godsend and I will be forever grateful of his services. Always returned my calls. Always straight with me. Fantastic lawyer.

Amazing job

How can i explain he got me out from jail and he got me out the next day without his help I would not see my 3 month daughter rn and it’s 2022 I would still be in jail if it was not for him thank you so much.

I got into a bit of legal trouble with my ex wife and she charged me with assault and endangering a child. Accusations were bogus and Mr. Bagnato proved to the jury and judge I was innocent. Now I have full custody of my kids thanks to this man. Great lawyer will work very hard for you! Highly recommend!!

Professional Knowledgeable and Caring

Chris was thorough in explaining the process and options available to me. I was anxious about hiring an out of state attorney, I live in MA, and I would need to rely on him and trust him completely. He was available as needed. When I went to the office I was introduced to all the staff and so when I called from MA I knew who I was talking to. I felt like I was always a priority. The case took a year from open to close which considering the other party filed certain setbacks, they all worked to get me through it. His paralegal Theresa is an amazing asset as well. She followed through each step necessary after the court dates, gave me updates and put me at ease.

Help me with my divorce

Unique Case, but Chris was there!

I had a rather unique case regarding stolen property. Chris took the case and was 100% confident in our success from the beginning. This was reassuring. He was aggressive, supportive, and very professional. He had a realistic approach and offered good advice throughout our time working together. I'd certainly recommend him to others.

Honesty and assurance

Excellent attorney who is honest and works hard to get the right results.

I have used Mr. Bagnato on many occasions in all matters of law and would recommend him to anyone. He is excellent in handling things in a timely manner and getting the right results. Hopefully I don't need him in the future but if I do need anything done which requires an attorney, I will not hesitate to use him.

It was a blessing to have Mr. Bagnato as my attorney, he did an amazing job!!!

Christopher did a fantastic job with my criminal case in New Jersey. He came with me to court and got the lead charge dismissed! I always was there when I needed to talk to him and knew the law like the back of his hands. He pushed the Prosecutor to do exactly what we wanted. He is also bilingual in Spanish and known within the Latino Community. I would recommend him anytime to anyone. Christopher hizo un excelente trabajo con mi caso criminal en Nueva Jersey. A lawyer that really cares!!!

Chris was an excellent lawyer and held our hands during the whole divorce process. He also got us more money than initially we thought we would get. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who goes the extra step to take care of their client.

I have worked with Chris twice and both times he has been amazing!! he stayed in contact with me for this past year and is now currently working on another case for me. Malpractice is what happened when dealing with Chris

Didn’t advise about a lead certification that was needed way back when he was hired to represent my daughter. Which has caused this case to drag on almost a year. This would have been resolved by now if he had given proper legal advice way back when he was hire and we wouldn’t be still dealing with squatters in our property. Chris also failed to give proper and timely notice of the decision in our matter which caused us to miss the appeal deadline. Do not use this person if you want good legal representation, period!

Sorry the clients felt this way. BUT They were told from the beginning that there was potential issues with their case since they did NOT have the required lead cert required under the rules and/or rental suitability. We had to fix their wrongs just to file and again since they had no lead notice to the tenants the court did not allow them to evict the tenants and actually was at risk of paying back any rent paid. They must now refile AFTER providing lead cert. The Landlord herself did not even show up for the hearing but sent her mother who didn't know much about the case. This itself opened the door to testimonial hearsay issues. Philadelphia is very strict about lead certification notices and they knew this yet wanted to take their chances anyway to the court. Also once decision was made, it was sent directly to the client so there was no appellate lateness issues. Their case is not a strong appealable case since they did not follow the requirements of being a legal landlord from the beginning. They need to refile from start with the correct lead requirements. I wish them the best either way. Sad they felt the need to tarnish my reputation. Attorney's can not always choose their clients.

Only works to hold onto unearned money

I hired Chris to handle a simple immigration matter. He never got back to me and totally missed a deadline in which to respond. When confronted with this fact after I asked for a refund, he stated that the firm had a no refund over 30 days policy. That was months ago. He is holding onto my money.
