YouTube Consultation

I hired Tudor for a YouTube consultation as part of our pre-launch strategy and will most definitely be working with him regularly. He is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly and patient. I highly recommend him!

Intellectual Property on the Internet

I had a single session with Tudor about copyright enforcement on the internet. My business is a magazine about film festivals, and the rules regarding copyright are changing fast. I needed a comprehensive overview of what I could expect, especially since I may want to use content that I find on the i...nternet for my blog. He fully advised me of the risks of using other's published content without approval. More importantly, he informed me of the current legal practices that other publishers are using to protect themselves, and which ones are the fastest and most cost effective. Because my particular service was only pre-emptive, and not related to an actual case, I can't really discuss his ability when a conflict arises. I hope I never need to. But he showed a full command of his subject, and I would not hesitate to call him if I needed that kind of help. Finally, he was very relaxed and confident, which made the session much more pleasant than I expected.

An amazing experience

I hired Tudor to read over a release for me. Not only did he read over the release, but also he dealt with the corporation on the other side of the settlement for me. He did such a great job that the representative from the other side specifically mentioned how amazing and lucky I was to have him a...s my representation.
