I've been practicing primarily bankruptcy law for most of my career.  I take pride in the dedication i devote to each and everyone of my clients.  

The truth is that everyone needs help.  Times are hard and often people can fall into financial hardships through no fault of their own.  You could get sick or injured and have medical bills; you could have gotten laid off from work; or simply found yourseld over your head with debt without realizing it.  The fact that someone is in my office means that they are taking the first step towards starting fresh and protecting their homes, cars, etc.

I hired Mr. Perloff to file a bankruptcy petition for me. It was a very stressful and critical time in my life. Any bankruptcy proceeding is a traumatic experience financially, emotionally, and mentally. Options are limited, and often we have choose the "least-bad" option. Mr. Perloff help with those negotiations, buying time, and most importantly not putting more pressure on me. Just the best
He was knowledgeable and did everything right. I told him what assets I wanted to make sure I wanted to keep, and which ones I wanted to surrender. It worked out perfectly and now I'm on my way to rebuilding my credit and looking to purchase my first home.

Mr. Perloff was extremely patient with me and all my questions. I knew nothing about bankruptcy and whether I would benefit from it. He explained what it was and how the process works. He also made sure I knew what was expected of me throughout the process. I ended up discharging all of my debt, and now im building my credit back up and much better off.
