Kind, empathetic, Takes No BS

Randi came to me as a recommendation through a friend who passionately described her as someone who can get the job done. My ex was dragging her feet, putting off divorce and custody, while simultaneously trying to control every aspect of my new life and how I spent time with my children. Randi stepped in, controlled the situation, stopped her attorney from continuing to create unnecessary bills and she got me to a final divorce and parallel plan custody arrangement within 12 months. I have, and will continue to, recommend her to everyone I know needing a real shark divorce attorney who genuinely wants the best for her clients without all the wasted time and money.

Fantastic attorney

Ms Rubin took the ball rolling on a really complicated case. My ex was extremely difficult to work with to the point where I thought the divorce was never going to end. She was available after hours during a crisis and handled it well. Although my ex was sending 3 page long emails multiple times a day my attorney fees were reasonable considering the circumstances. Ms Rubin was supportive and really showed she cared. She is a shark in court and really handled all hearings well. She was able to get my ex to the table and settled my divorce within 13 months. I highly recommend hiring Ms. Rubin.

Highly Recommend

Randi is amazing! She not only helped me win my case, she coached me on how to better communicate with my child's Mother during the process. You can tell that Randi really cares. Knowledgeable, Professional and Fair.

I would HIGHLY recommend Ms Rubin if you are in need of representation in divorce. My case was challenging. Randi helped be though the PFA process (Which unfortunately was needed after I was attacked). She helped me gain FULL custody of my children, and negotiated a fair settlement. The Best

Randi is well worth every penny. If you're looking for piece of mind and someone to fight for you, she's your woman. I had a pretty stressful divorce because I was not speaking with my ex-spouse. Randi handled everything for me and gave me the best advice. Throughout the divorce, she was honest and would let me know what was worth the money and what wasn't. In the end, she made the process a lot less stressful, which helped me to move on and start my new life. I would recommend Randi to a million people if I could. Not only was she a fantastic attorney but she has also turned into a friend. She's honest, blunt, to the point and one tough cookie but she will also make you laugh too! Thank you Randi!!!

Very professional

Randi was very professional in helping me through my divorce. My ex-wife and I decided to use the mediation process for our divorce. Randi provided really practical and valuable advice. My divorce was quick and no-nonsense.

Divorce Attorney

Randi was very thorough and told me things honestly so there were no surprises. She left the emotions out of the pictures, which is hard to do when someone is going through a nasty divorce. She was always well prepared for court. I spent over 5 years with another attorney and got no where; I switched to Randi and finalized my divorce within 6 months. I would highly recommend her.

Amazing!

Simply the best.

I have been divorced for approx. 14 years. During that time, I hired and fired 3 other child custody/support lawyers for various reasons, including failure to keep me informed, not returning calls in a timely manner, treating me with disrespect, not responding to e-mails or text messages, and caring less about my child and more about billing me (often for tasks that should not have been billed for OR over-charging). I can say without hesitation that Randi practices law much differently than the others. She is smart, available, compassionate and a great listener. She is not a bully, and even if my requests may at times be against her advice, she counsels me and ultimately we decide together, after a frank discussion, what is the best course of action, keeping the best interests of my child as the focus. There is a reason (many, actually) that she made partner last year, and I am hopeful that someday the firm will be called "Klehr, Harrison, Harvey Branzburg and Rubin." The bottom line is that although there are many lawyers out there that do what she does, they do not do it as well.

**Highly recommended**

Randi represented me in my child support case. Due to the emotional complications of child support and divorce, I was looking for a lawyer who would be empathetic but also knowledgeable in my (somewhat simple) child support case. During my initial meeting with Randi, she listened to all the history behind why I was filing my case. She introduced details and options that other lawyers I interviewed didn't even consider. Randi provided legal resources to assist in my understanding of PA support law and was very clear and concise in explaining how support was calculated. Throughout the entire process, Randi was very responsive and proactive. For each court appearance, she was fully prepared, organized and professional. When time came to discuss a resolution, Randi was patient and she explained each alternative available to me. Randi was mindful of my child's best interest, both now and for the future, and I always felt I had the best advocate on my side. I can honestly say I hired the best lawyer in PA for my case. I would absolutely recommend Randi Rubin for any child support case.
