Tobi Ann Russeck

I hired Tobi for a case I met her and I could tell she was a good attorney. Everything started of fine I paid her in full she showed up to a few of the first court day and things were great until. She got married and decided to move to the Virgin Islands. She felt my case to another attorney she didn...t consult me about it she just did it and notified me about it when she couldnt make it to my next court hearing because she was already at her new place of residence. She assured me this other guy was good and use to be a DA..... to make a story short The lawyer she left my case too did nothing for me I lost the case have a felony conviction went to jail lost my job and my nursing license. If she would have just finished off my case prior to leaving or left my case to someone who was a good as her I would have been fine!

I would like to thank my lawyer Tobi Russeck for always being there to answer all my questions, always keeping me informed, and returning my calls whenever I leave her a message she has been most helpful and considerate through this whole ordeal. I would highly recomend her to anyone in need of a la...wyer.

Tobi was appointed by the court to my husband. When we first spoke she sounded amazing! But actions speak way louder than words. She did not contact my husband for 5 months. She did not go to his court date or see him at all. When I asked what was going on she text me to say that I am not paying her ...that she is only appointed! So she feels she does not have to do anything. Every person deserves to be treated equal and represented fairly. Tobi may be good for some but that's only if you can afford to pay her and she is not appointed to your case. If she is appointed my advice is to ask for another lawyer asap! Tobi don't take cases that are appointed by the city. You are not doing charity unless you treat them fair!

My friend, my,attorney, my words cant explain how happy i am to say she,s my attorney i am truly bleesed to know such a lawyer as herself she always on point she gets the job done u leave,s you satisfied, happy,appreciative, smiling and most of all whoeva you hired her for is home before u know it sh...e,s been a lawyer i can depend on and my husband is so happy that i found her for the past 6 years she has been a part of my family and im very greatful for her outstanding work all her late nights to get the job done she,s definitely someone you can expect to get in the courtroom in get it crackn ms russeck i love you and thanks so much for always being there wouldn't kno what to do without you

In my mind I am still thanking Ms. Russeck for bringing the head of our family home. She done an amazing job as she was defending my father in the courtroom. I was in awe when she gave her closing argument and i'm still in awe of her performance. I can honestly say "I LOVE HER" for ALL she's done. I ...thank her and my heavenly Father.
