I retained Brian during a time of extreme duress. My son ( who has a mental illness)was charged with some outrageously over inflated and serious crimes. I spent days researching legal resources and read up on legal statutesI had no idea if my son's rights were being violated. He was locked up without bail and his court appointed attorney was just shrugging his shoulders and asking for continuances. Brian took over and immediately began to change the course of disaster. He was amazing and continues to help us clean up the legal entanglements that we have been in because of my sons mental illness. Brian met with him, explained what was happening in terms he could understand. I completely TRUST him to pay attention and continue to fight for Jared's legal rights to live a decent life, free from criminal charges caused by my calls for help for a section 12 Police to the Hospital. Every charge is a result of Law Enforcement's mishandling of him while was is in crisis. I would definitely recommend him.
He was very professional, filed motions for me we took it all the way to trial thoroughly,he's smart hes a tiger who will make it all the way to the top! We smashed em so bad the DA. tried smoking me on a different case because we made her look so little in the courtroom and that was when he was a novicce so i can imagine the respect and reputation that you must have by now because he is a beast he is one of the best thank you Brian!! By the way we got found Not Guilty!#

Outstanding Lawyer Who Really Cares About You
Brian Murphy is the smartest lawyer I have worked with by far (I've retained 3 and carefully interviewed over 20) and he will work tirelessly (and very patiently) to explore every legal angle to make sure you get the best possible outcome. He won’t rush to resolve or try your case, which means that you will get the best result. In my situation, it wasn’t for a year after that he found the legal ground to get me an incredible result. But what's unique about him is that he's very-down-to-earth and really cares about your well-being. He's not arrogant and listens to your perspectives. This can be helpful not only in solidifying your legal positioning but it's also just comforting to have someone talk you through difficult times. On top of being a lawyer of the highest caliber, he's a really good person and cares about people. He's not the typical self-centered lawyer which makes him much more effective legally, not just personally.

Intelligent, Aggressive, and Responsive - Brain Murphy earned my highest recommendation
I hired Brian Murphy in 2011 and could not have been more satisfied with the services received.
Mr. Murphy was consistently the smartest person in the room, and he used his intelligence to quickly turn the tables in my favor. In addition to being impressively sharp, Mr. Murphy is experienced, highly aggressive, and very responsive. His attention to detail is impeccable.
The case was decided in my favor. If I'm ever in need of a lawyer in the future, I will seek out his services without hesitation.

Good consult
Very smart and informative attorney. He listened to and heard my issue. However based on my research of other legal representation he seemed to be a little overpriced for my liking. I would still without a doubt recommend his services, however recommendations would be given to individuals with deep pockets. Also after I forwarded documents to him a few days ago as requested. I have still yet to receive a reply back.
