Attorney was paid to Get more time and have other party pay half. Was lead to believe he could do it for me. Sounded confident and sure. First hearing he didn't even show up. Sent someone else who had no idea what they were doing and was intimidated by the opposing counsel. Then when case was continu...ed due to poor representation, I was informed that he should've charged me more. His hiring was for him to handle the situation that one time but he didn't even show up and sent someone else. Then when I reiterated that I wanted more time and travel expenses to be split he sounded like it was the first time I ever mentioned it and said he would "try". The main reason he was hired was because he said he can have that happen. Im sure he finalized my case with the opposing counseling having the last laugh and leaving me in the same place I started. Im sorry instead of 4 weeks in the summer he got me "up to 6 consecutive weeks" in the summer. Something I could have gotten myself. Saved me a lot of money. I would not recommend him to anyone. Does not follow through on his part of the job. There are better lawyers.

I am sorry that this client did not feel served. It happens. No attorneys can Guarantee results, if they do it is both wrong and unethical. This client was expecting the moon and back, At first the court wanted to split 4 weeks into two 2 week visits causing him to pay twice for plane tickets during one summer. I was able to convince the court to allow 4 straight weeks this summer then up to 6 weeks the remaining future summers. I am sorry this client didn't get EVERYTHING he wanted. When clients are unreasonable and want the moon and back, no one can force a Judge to see it their way or the highway. This client received a fair result. If I could guarantee results all the time, i'd be the most power attorney in the world. All we can do is do the best and advocate for our clients. My reputation speaks for itself as a nationally regarded attorney. Be well.
