I hired Jarrod back in June of 2017 to help my with a sexual harassment issuses with my previous employer . he has said he believes strongly in my case . but has not done anything since I hired him almost 3 months after I hired him he sent the first letter about he is representing me In this matte...r and if you have anything left please keep it for us . .... that was the end of august . I have made many phone calls to the office reaching out to find out anything in my case . I would ask to speak with the power legal that was handling my case I would always get oh she just stepped away from her desk that was 4 phone calls over a month no return call I then call in to speak with Jarrod still no phone call, then I called back to speak to the woman who again just stepped away from her desk . a week later I get an email saying that they sent this letter to my previous employer that was drafted up from a letter that I sent to them more like a chain of events. they completely changed around some of the things I said to the point where it was just untrue . the lack of attention to my case and the rush to get something done has hurt me I feel jarrod or myself was not given the letter to go over mater of fact when asked if the letter was send the power legal told him it was not sent early in the day I spoke with her she was clear with me that in fact the letter was not sent . they sat around all summer and did nothing with my case and the first thing they do do they send out a letter that was not even the right dates and has not been checked by me since it was a re write of what I wrote. also the way Jarrod speaks to me like he is talking to one of his buddys on the street corner with his foul language. very unsettling with everything else that has happened with dealing with this law firm I felt it was in my best intrest to let them ago . if you are looking for someone who believes in your story then he is your guy but if you are looking for someone who will fight for you and your family look for someone else this guy is way to much mouth and no action .....! and now iam stuck fining a new lawyer and have to do this all before my 6month mark from the day I lost my job that gives me less then 2 weeks to find a new lawyer and get him to file in court for me . THANKS Jacobson and rooks for the not so great job!
