Jimmy was born and raised in Wilmington, DE to Korean parents and presently lives in Philadelphia, PA. He is very involved with the Korean community in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware and served on the Korean American Census Committee, acted as general counsel for the Korean Crime Prevention Association and is presently general counsel for the Korean American Grocers Association (KAGRO) of Philadelphia. He presently a on the Board of Directors for the Penn Asian Senior Services Inc. in Philadelphia, PA.
Jimmy started his legal career working for a large personal injury law firm specializing in major toxic tort litigation law. During his law school years, he interned at the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.
