Chuck and his Team have worked very hard on an Employment Severence case with my old employer. I appreciate their dilegence, persistance and their proactive communication with me as this case has progressed. This is not a huge case but I have always felt like they have treated the case and myself as if it was much larger.

Chuck was recommended by one of my attorneys as someone I could rely on to take charge and gather the information he needed to proceed with my case. The issue involved a warranty of an outside deck material that was defective and instead of participating in a Class Action Suit that would provide very little financial relief Chuck felt confident that we had enough evidence that we could bring this to court. That said, though, Chuck did all he could to try and avoid a court hearing (expensive and MY money) to pursue an action for settlement prior to the court date; a settlement that would be satisfactory to me, which it was. The Manufacturer's Class Action suit would have resulted in a sum that would not even cover legal costs much less materials and labor to replace the deck. With Chuck's guidance and perseverance we were able to negotiate with the interested parties and come up with a settlement that was 10x' the Class Action amount and covered most of the replacement costs for a new deck. I would recommend Chuck for anyone who is looking for fair, honest and aggressive legal council who will work diligently for you...and keep a sharp eye on legal costs at the same time!

I highly recommend Chuck and the rest of the Halberstadt Curley firm. Have worked with Chuck over the past five years or so and he handles general contract review and drafting for my firm. Chuck has been very easy to work with back and forth on the contracts in making small changes that we needed for our industry.
