Mr. Love has been a great help!
Mr. Kenneth Love has answered every question I have had. Becoming a property manager at a place where no paperwork, no notices, no nothing has been done and now I'm trying to redo everything has been hard. Mr. Love has answered everything I have asked and has explained a lot. I highly recommend him, and i truly appreciate all his help!

Good luck to you. I believe I remember your questions. I would tell you to recommend to your bosses to get a landlord tenant attorney on speed dial during the transition to help you help them.

Obscure, 28 years old legal question answered clearly and well
For 28 years I had been trying to get a clear answer to a real estate question and, thankfully, Mr. Love gave it to me though it was not what I wanted to hear. I wanted to know to whether I was legally obliged in NC to pay dues to a neighborhood association although neither my closing lawyer nor title insurance company had advised me that the property was included in when I bought my house. The builder had gifted the property to a nearby neighborhood association before apportioning, developing and selling a house and lot to the original home owner who subsequently lived in it for about five years. I bought the house and property from an intermediate owner of one month in succession who, in turn, did not inform me that the house and property were included in a neighborhood association when I bought it him. Short answer: Yes, to my chagrin (But NOT so in NY!).

Medicaid Estate Recovery concern on property insurance
Mr.Love answered my question very promptly. I had searched and read everything I could find on the NC recovery act and could not find a answer. I had asked a Medicaid Estate Recovery Representative at the Raleigh office and she said she did Not know the answer !!! I'm still a little concerned that without insurance the state would require they be reimbursed if the home was lost because of fire or a natural disaster, since they have a lien on it.. And I would be liable ?? Thank you so much for your help in this matter.

Landlord with questions sometimes
Thank you Sir for the advice. The Judge expedited the eviction. I've never had to evict anyone legally before. I just give them a letter,( which is legal) however this young lady was trying so hard to stay and my house is a wreck.

If this is the rental case I am thinking about, I wouldn't call your thinking in error...you just took the time to complete the analysis and better arm yourself to deal with the landlord.
