He doesn't even use e-mail everything through the post office. we had a master to protect our conpany for over a year. and he couldn't get us to court. couldn't get us to a deposition. Replied last June 02, 2018This comment was posted as a vicious and mean attempt by a husband and wife,as clients, after several years of being involved in a difficult case to try and cease a business relationship they had with a former business partner. The clients were highly contacted, copied on all correspondence, faxed all documents, billed appropriately, and were spoken to often on a daily and weekly basis. They neglected to mention that I refunded half of their final retainer monies as a courtesy, and volunteered costs and time pro bono for their continual landlord tenant disputes. I was on my mobile phone with them weekly and often met them at my office after hours or on weekends. They were dissatisfied with the courts and the special party appointed to assist them, despite dozens of hours of free time poured into their case. I am holding none of their money. They continue to personally attack me in their posting bordering on defamatory comments. They then terminated me without a telephone call or personal contact. Probably the most difficult and unappreciative clients I have handled in 21 years. I always had email but I asked them to communicate in person and with letters so I could have their original or copied signatures to all documents and actions to avoid miscommunications.
