Leonard Sloane has been representing the victims of auto accidents, medical malpractice, and personal injury for over 30 years.  He has received numerous awards for his work, including being voted as one of the TOP 100 malpractice attorneys in Pennsylvania by Philadelphia Magazine.  Len was also recognized by Main Line Today Magazine as one of the area's best in 12 specialties:  representing patients who have been victims of medical malpractice. Len is also a member of Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of top trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.

Leonard Sloane is a firm partner and is chair of the firm's litigation department. Leonard Sloane focuses on medical malpractice, auto accidents, and personal injury law in Chester County, Bucks County, Berks County, Delaware County, Philadelphia County, and Montgomery County, PA. The firm has offices in West Chester, PA, Media, PA, and Collingdale, PA. He is also widely recognized as an expert on Insurance Law and is well-known and highly respected by the legal community.

Len, who is chairman of the firm's litigation and personal injury department, concentrates his practice in automobile insurance, medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, and other complex civil and personal injury litigation.  He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Villanova University.  He is a past president of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and has served on numerous committees for PaTLA.  He is also past president of the Delaware County Bar Association.  Len is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the House of Delegates.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Delaware and Chester County Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and is a past member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  He is co-author of leading treatises on automobile insurance law, i.e., Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Insurance — An Analysis of the Financial Responsibility Law 1st and 2nd Ed. as well as the 2006 update, which are published by PaTLA. He has lectured for various organizations statewide including, PaTLA, the State Trial Judges Convention, the Delaware County Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. He also teaches courses on Auto Insurance Law for lawyers who are members of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Len is married, and has two adult children, and resides with his wife, Kathy, in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
