I contacted Mr. Williams at a time when I was in severe financial distress due to credit card debt from a business collapse. I had just learned that bankruptcy was not an option for me, and I was behind on my debt payments. During our initial telephone consultation, Mr. Williams clearly outlined a plan of action which included debt negotiation with a few of my creditors. He filed the appropriate documents with the court and worked out a debt repayment plan which stayed within my budget. His legal knowledge is outstanding, and he applies the principles of law with such command and accuracy. I'm so grateful for Mr. Williams' help with debt reduction through negotiation with the creditors. I would be in a complete mess both financially and legally if I had not known to contact Mr. Williams. I am indeed grateful for his professional help.

I contacted Jeff for help with a few liens that were placed on my property. I was trying to sell my home, but that's not possible until the title is clean. We had very little time, and the amounts owed were outside our ability to pay. Jeff stepped in, researched the situation, dug through case law and doggedly negotiated with our creditors. He succeeded in persuading them to clear the liens for a small fraction of what they were originally demanding. The liens were cleared, we sold our home and were extremely relieved. Communication from Jeff throughout the process was superb. Don't bring a water gun to a machine gun fight. By comparison, Jeff is a nuclear bomb of skill and confidence. He's also a man of great faith, which is certainly a plus! Stop looking and call Jeff now.

Born in New York and raised in Florida, Jeff has been practicing law since 1994. A graduate of the Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa, he got his B.A. from the University of South Florida, his Master’s from Temple Theological Seminary, his Doctorate from John Marshall Law School (Magna Cum Laude), and his post-doctoral degree in Litigation from Atlanta Law School.

A member of the Georgia State Bar, he is also admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States Federal Courts. He is a past Chancellor of the Sigma Delta Kappa Legal Fraternity (Alpha Chi Chapter), and has been on the Board of Directors of the Walton County Bar Association. He has been a real estate developer and a broadcaster.

Together with his wife Patty, he has seven adult children, and (so far) 14 grandchildren.

second morgage advice

Jeff and I corresponded via email. After looking over my paperwork regarding a second morgage issue, he gave me the best advice that I have been given. He actually gave me an option that did not require his services that fit our needs. I would definately recommend this law firm to anyone that has debt or bankruptcy needs. Jeff seems like a very honest guy.

Jeff delivered excellent results at a reasonable price

We hired Jeff Williams to help us with a title loan matter. Interest was building rapidly and the unsettling calls were coming in. For a very reasonable price, Jeff took care of everything including negotiating favorable settlement terms and delivering the lien-free car title. Our credit is totally clean of this matter. He helped us wipe the slate clean and get the monkey off our backs. Jeff is an all-around good guy. He answers your phone calls or will return your call promptly, never leaving you in the dark about what's going on. If you have some debt issues, Jeff is your guy.

Excellent attorney who works for you

He gave good assistance & brought about a very favorable resolution quickly in my bankruptcy case against my tenants, and keeps me informed on relevant matters. Mr. Williams is trusty worthy and very professional who will take care of your case HIMSELF; while most attorney convince you for your business first and then ask a paralegal, an assistant o r even a interns to handle your case. Exceptional legal representation! Extremely knowledgeable, honest & trustworthy!

Without going into too much detail about my particular cases, I've used Jeffery Williams as my attorney on two separate occasions. Smart, professional, and kind attorney

My sister recommended Jeff Williams to me when i needed an attorney. She sung his praises to such an extent i knew she must be exaggerating. Recommandation

Rarely is an attorney referred to a person who has a specific problem and then that attorney be the ideal problem resolver, but it happened to me. Attorney Jeff Williams, is an exceptional legal counselor of the highest caliber.
