Atty. Morgan made a very intimidating and somewhat complicated process (DUI), easy to understand and brought a calming and reassuring feeling with each interaction. The man is very knowledgeable and very good at delivering that information in a easy to understand way. In my preliminary hearing after we were done, both the magistrate and a few officers were asking Dean various questions on a new law that had been passed. I’m a West Virginia resident so even though Pennsylvania first offense is not to strict, I was facing a year suspension in West Virginia if found guilty. When you hire somebody that does what Dean does it's never a good thing...BUT, I'm so thankful that I chose HIM to handle my case. He reviewed my "situation", and did everything as he said he would. The only guarantee Dean made was to be there and be responsive to any needs, questions, etc., while guiding me through the process. He has exceeded my expectations with flying colors, and done so in my opinion at a much more economical rate than others. Due to my circumstances we did choose the ARD path after considering the options, which leads me to another thought. Being somebody on the end of a very frightening situation I would never recommend to anybody to just choose the ARD path automatically and attempt to handle the process on your own. There are way to many "gotcha" type of issues, and questions to ask etc.. Plus it really helps to have somebody with the knowledge and experience to lean on through the process.

I got back to back DUI'S about 5 years ago and Dean was about to get a plea deal for me that was so amazing that no one could hardly believe! I was told if I got another one in the next 10 years I would be looking at 1 year in prison up state. Well about 10 months ago I screwed up and got another DUI, he once again "pulled a rabbit out of a hat" for me. I only got sentenced 10 days in county prison with a 12 month suspension of license. His background makes him very competent because he understands the system better than anyone else.
