Dean Morgan literally saved my business. I received a threatening letter from a big law firm representing my former employer telling me to "Cease and Desist." The lawyer quoted cases and statutes. I thought I would lose my startup business. Dean listened to the facts, read the letter, and assu...red me that I had nothing wrong. He immediately wrote a letter to my former employer's lawyer refuting all of the claims. He advised the lawyer to "show me the evidence or stop harassing my client." Over three months later, and I have not heard another word. Dean is a fighter. He is not afraid to challenge the big law firms and seemed to enjoy it! He saved my business. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude. But, his fees... Very reasonable, probably too low, to be honest.

I swore I would consult with several attorneys before making a decision after my husband's small business was served for just shy of $200k but reading reviews and responses, Dean suckered my husband in immediately. His people skills are on point, unless you are someone who prefers uptight and snobby personalities. I was able to contact him directly any time I needed to. Despite my reservations and fears, Dean was quick to reassure us that he was going to fight this and we would win. He did not disappoint. After several months of back and forth, we were graced with the absolute best news possible, the plaintiffs finally gave up. Not only did he fight our battle with with and grace, he gave us advice and his words of wisdom to help us make better legal decisions in the future. Even before the conclusion of our case, I had already recommended another small business to him. It's been a few months since winning that case, but I still consult him for advice on business legalities. I would highly recommend him to anyone for anything, except divorces, because apparently he won't handle divorces...yet. Again, he is NOT your normal attorney but if you need someone to help with a legal issue and not rob you blind, I encourage you to consult with Dean. I really can't speak highly enough of him and whether he is aware or likes it, he will be our go to attorney in the future. Sorry Dean, you're stuck with us :)

I was facing a mandatory 90+ days in jail. Per Dean's initial evaluation, the best I could hope for was a chance at 90 days of work release in lieu of jail. I was happy with that, but at the last minute I was denied this plea by the county and forced into a continuance to reassess my options. 3 month...s in jail time seemed probable, but Dean managed to sway the court into allowing me to do 120 days house arrest instead. I hired Dean Morgan to represent me in a dui charge I received. I’m a West Virginia resident so even though Pennsylvania first offense is not to strict, I was facing a year suspension in West Virginia if found guilty.
