I obtained Mr Hartt's name from the bar association when I needed help with an appeal of short term disability. Mr. Hartt called soon after I left a message for him. Mr. Hartt charged me a reasonable fee for his services, he always returned my emails and phone calls and if he said he would finish s...omething by a certain date it was finished by that date.
