Super awesome

I contacted Jamie Hartt in Feb concerning a situation of discrimination at my daughters job which resulted in her termination From the very beginning Jamie has been supportive, professional,caring and understanding. He guided us through this whole process with great knowledge of this area of law. ...He always kept us informed of progress being made. Was easy to reach and always responded in a timely manner. Most importantly he felt like a friend. His support and care towards the outcome of this case was evident. He validated our concerns I would absolutely retain Mr Hartt again and recommend him to others in need of similar legal council legal Thank you Jamie !!

Professional, affordable, honest, personable

James helped me in a settlement case with my former employer. He was honest and up front about the cost and what I should and shouldn't ask for. He was professional and settled my case within a week's time. He always responded in a timely fashion and was easy to work with. Wrong Choice

Had this attorney stand as a legal tool for me, only to learn he is unskilled and ill-prepared for serious cases. After this attorney charged thousands of dollars, I had learned that he was out-sourcing his official responsibilities and this was another factor in realizing I had made the Wrong Choice... in selecting him for service.

This review is not only anonymous, but wholly unfamiliar to me. Without any information as to the case or client this review relates to, it is impossible for me to respond or even authenticate. I take each and every client's case seriously. The rates I charge are affordable and reasonable as compared to similarly situated attorneys. I always try to leave clients better off after having retained me. The reality is that employment litigation is a difficult field of practice. Inevitably, some clients do not prevail despite the attorney's best efforts. As to "outsourcing", I do not "outsource" cases. Any case that I handle is handled only by me. If you are a former client that is dissatisfied with my representation, I encourage you to communicate with me directly so that we may have an open, and honest interaction. Suffice it to say, I care deeply about each and every client, yet, as good a record as I have, I will never be able to "win them all".

Helped with my short term disability

I obtained Mr Hartt's name from the bar association when I needed help with an appeal of short term disability. Mr. Hartt called soon after I left a message for him. Mr. Hartt charged me a reasonable fee for his services, he always returned my emails and phone calls and if he said he would finish s...omething by a certain date it was finished by that date. I always spoke to Mr Hartt directly not an assistant which gave me confidence that I had someone representing me that cared. My appeal hasn't been settled yet but once Mr Hartt sent in the appeal the insurance company paid all the retroactive money they owed me within a few weeks. I would recommend Mr Hartt to anyone that is looking for a competent attorney who charges a fair price and who truly cares about the clients he represents.

Kept me in the loop, and didn't charge an arm and a leg!

James was able to arrive at a negotiated settlement that totally pleased me. I would highly suggest you call him if you're looking for a good lawyer who is honest about fees also.
