I was so scared when I had to hire a lawyer for 2 misd. I could have picked anyone. I reached out to James Hartt and explained my situation with a previous employer and was trying to determine if I should pursue or walk away. We hired James to represent our daughter in a sexual harassment case with her supervisor. The initial meeting required a large fee to begin. After paid, James did not return our daughter's calls in a prompt manner. The day of the hearing, James was in Canada, and our daughter had to text James thr...oughout the hearing as it was a "telephone hearing" with both parties involved. After a 4 hour hearing we were convinced the state investigator found probable cause, as so did James. Our daughter received a TEXT from James stating the outcome....the state DID NOT find probable cause, and James "was not available to speak to our daughter until 2 days later."
