Knowledgeable, professional and down to earth.

Very professional and informative

I’m very thankful to Andrew for helping me with the permanent residency application process. USCIS IR-1 Spouse Visa

Slepian Law helped me get the IR-1 spouse visa for my wife. They were very knowledgeable about the process and made the process much easier and faster than it would have been without their assistance. Appealing OPT Denial

Andrew and his firm helped me through a really tough time after I had my OPT denied back in November. After consulting Andrew and the firm, they came to the conclusion that my case didn’t have enough grounds to submit an appeal, but they gave me clear and concise advice on what to do next, as I wanted to continue my studies in the States. Our process was smooth!

Andrew was awesome! We needed pointers on how to answer some citizenship applications and he did just that. He filed a greencard application on our behalf and accompanied us to the interview. Everything went so smoothly, and we had the greencard within 6 months of applying. He answered all our questions promptly when the urgency was required. We would highly recommend him.

Resolving green card issue

Andrew Slepian has been very helpful in resolving a green card issues I had. I tried to keep a green card I had received a long time ago, and Andrew explain based on the duration away from the US, it would not be possible. However, Andrew was able to resolve this issue with one court visit. Andrew filed evidence prior to the hearing to indicate I made and mistake and would like to return my green card. Thankfully, with one court visit, the judge let me return my green card and the judge did not issue a removal order for me, which means I can subsequently apply for a work visa without issues hopefully.

Adjustment of status (green card )

I hired Mr Andrew to respond to the immigration requesting more evidence, to my form I 485 that was pending . Eventually my case was approved and he was with me during my interview thanks to him and his advices the interview was very successful. In a time of need

In a stressful situation when it seems like you are alone and you are up against the US government; it is reassuring to have an experienced lawyer who can navigate you through the immigration process. First he calmed me down and assured me we would get through this process. My wife has her Green card today in large part due to Andrew.
