I techinically did not use him, but I paid for his consultation fee for half an hour, and it was well worth it. I was debating if I should or should not use him, because I researched about the TN visa on-line, spoke to other immigration lawyers, and thought I would just be wasting money for information I already thought I knew. He was thorough, and honest in his assessment of my situation. Moreover, because he specializes in TN visas, he knew it more than other immigration lawyers, that have done TN visas, but it's not their specialty(most of the immigration lawyers gave me advice that I did not fully feel was right, and Joseph Grasmick confirmed that, and suggested other alternatives) . I recommend using his consulting option if you can't afford his services, if you are feeling uncertain about the TN visa process.
