Highly recommended
Andrew is professional, timely, and has a proven track record of success. Whenever we were worried about our case he was quick to reassure us and explain what step of the process we were on and what to expect next. He is genuine and extremely talented. The best
First, I'd like to start off by saying that I met with several attorneys for my mom's criminal immigration case prior to meeting Andrew Slepian. I came across some that just wanted me to sign a retainer but it wasn't clear how they were going to deliver while others charged me consultation fees only ...

Failed To Do The Job And Refused To Refund.
I had an urgent case that I needed to file in 2 weeks, he showed interest and promised that he can file it in 2 weeks. What he did not mention though is that he had 300 clients at the time, which is why he ended up exceeding twice the duration he promised, and yet he refused to refund me anything! ...
Hi sir, As an attorney, the continued success of my business is dependent on achieving positive results for the client. Honesty and communication are critical when working with a client. From my point of view, it is the only way to succeed in this business. Your situation was one which required quick, but careful, attention. The need to file a thoroughly-vetted case was most important, and at the point you demanded we file, even though significant time had been spent on the file, I did not feel as though we were ready. Additional documentation was necessary to provide you with the best chance moving forward. However, it is my fault for not better explaining my point of view. The only promise I made was to file the best application for you, as fast that I could. I am sorry for any misunderstanding as my intent was only to present your best possible case. Despite your feelings towards me, I remain available if you wish to contact me. Yours truly, Andrew Slepian, Esq.
"Andrew is an excellent attorney with a nuanced understanding of immigration issues. I highly recommend Andrew."
"I endorse this lawyer. I refer administrative litigation cases to only a small handful of immigration lawyers. Andrew is one. He has extremely rare skills in this regard. If the matter is under the jurisdiction of the Buffalo USCIS District, call him. (Upstate NY and Connecticut.) He also shows a sincere and intense effort to contribute to the community. He is a high-level officer of the Upstate NY American Immigration Lawyers Association. (AILA) His peers, via a secret ballot, elected him. AILA is *the* leading 14,000+ member Bar association for immigration lawyers. AILA membership is the first step one should take when assessing the qualifications of a potential immigration lawyer. Being an officer of that organization is extremely significant. Again, only the top leadership strata of the immigration Bar normally achieve these titles."
"I had the pleasure of working with Andrew on a few matters. Not only does he know his stuff, but he also has that kind and concerned disposition that clients look for."
"I strongly endorse Andrew. Highly respected in the legal community with an outstanding reputation for client advocacy and dedication."
"Andrew is what immigration law is all about. He is caring, attentive, talented and meticulous. The new face of immigration lawyers in this country actually cares about the clients and does everything in their power to provide competent, fervent representation. Andrew embodies all of these qualities and much more. It is always a pleasure to work with Andrew and I am grateful to be one of his trusted colleagues."
"Andrew Slepian is a highly experienced and highly competent Immigration Attorney. His knowledge of the law and his ability to get favorable outcomes for immigration clients is perhaps only exceeded by his caring and compassion for the people he represents. If one of my clients, or a person in the community ever comes to me looking for an immigration attorney, I always feel confident referring them to Mr. Slepian. I know that his knowledge, experience and ability to craft creative solutions for clients will serve them well, and I always feel confident placing their matters into his capable hands. Highly recommended!"
