Highly Recommend

I am close to NYC and our way to Niagara Falls received an unfair traffic ticket and my nephew was the driver.I found Lawyer Dwan Counter and decided to contact him and he was able to get my ticket reduced from a speeding ticket to $50.00 parking ticket. Michael and all his staff are really friendl...y and reliable.He treated me with respect. I am an Anglican Priest and I highly recommend this law office if you need help with traffic tickets or any other advise.Whenever I needed clarifications Dwan was ready to answer all my questions. Traffic ticket

Michael was very helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend this law office if you need help with traffic tickets in Ny. Speeding ticket pled down to a $50 parking ticket for West Seneca. Thank you Michael!

Speeding ticket

Felony DWI reduced to traffic tickets

I hired Mr. Dwan to handle an eviction, and realized I could trust him. When I was arrested and charged with a Felony DWI a few weeks later, I called him up. I was pretty certain that I'd never drive again, even though nobody was hurt. Amazingly, he got it reduced to 2 parking violations. I've learne...d my lesson and can't thank Mr. Dwan enough for his help an expertise.

Bad speeding ticket and misdemeanor to small fine.

I accidentally forgot to renew my insurance and so my 55 in a 35 became a ''driving an unregistered vehicle'' ticket as well. I freaked out and was told to call Mike. He was calm, knowledgeable, and friendly. With Mike's expertise, I avoided a very bad insurance hike and a criminal charge. I'v...e since returned to his office for help with closing a real estate deal. Nothing but satisfied with the personal attention and positive results.
