Works like a long time friend

My partner and I got in "trouble" over the silliest things, about 3 times total in 5yrs: -ONE pill with legal Rx, but not in its bottle; -Mistaken/wrongful arrest, where cops searched for an hour, asking, "where's the coke?" Well there was none, but because I chew toothpicks or short straws (quittin...g smoking)& they saw the small straw, we got arrested and strip searched. NOTHING--- but they classified my CHEW STRAW as a class 6 drug paraphernalia (I shoulda sewed the cops) --some license suspension mishap due to insurance overlap, also misfiled on insurance Co. Part. Each time, IF we even had court, we were 1st &/or 2nd called, then "DISMISSED," or 90 days "stay outta trouble" (as opposed to usual 6 months). We were lucky enough to know him 1st as his students---if u get him as ur teacher, MAKE SURE HE KNOWS YOU! Each time we were treated like old friends, who worked with us immensely on the fee, making sure dates&hours worked for US too, and always, ALWAYS making us feel unjudged, comfortable,&confident with divulging ALL facts, even if they would've been things some have a hard time admitting. Had an almost light-hearted, "don't worry, don't gimme the BS, we'll work this all out " And he did. I even had a friend who almsot got in some big trouble & I decided to call Scott & give the dreaded "see, uh, I have this FRIEND, who did blah blah," and yet, not only did he not even joke "is this friend really YOU?," but he spent a good 10 min talking to me, giving some advice, what he could expect, and to immediately call him & conference call in my friend if the "almost" part came to IT'S HAPPENING, this way I can make the connection and be on my way, with us all knowing that he would've been in good hands. Straight shooter, not a stuffed shirt personality, but professional, knowledgeable, easy to Connect with, & best of all a good lawyer who makes his clients FEEL that, versus TELLING us that.... Take his class if you're a student. Hire him if you need to. Be honest and open. And you'll be overwhelmingly happy

Wrongly Accused!

Some time ago I was accused of shoplifting at Home Depot. Police came to my house and arrested me saying they had video of me shoplifting a welder. I contacted Scott and he was behind me all the way. I told him I had never been to the Home Depot and that it was not me. Finally after a year the DA cam...e up with the video and it CLEARLY was not me. DA offered to dismiss after 6 months if I stayed out of trouble, I declined and asked that they dismiss the case altogether Scott spoke to the DA and got the case dismissed. Thanks Scott! Wrongly Accused

YOU WANT THE BEST CRIMINAL ATTORNEY!! SCOTT E. GROSS!! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!!

Absolutely without a doubt Scott E. Gross is the Attorney you want to hire to represent you. First impressions are very important to me. Scott has the patience of a saint. I called him and explained what the situation was and with no hesitation at all he said "don't worry I can help." I had his und...ivided attention when I met with him at his Garden City office. I wasn't rushed out, I wasn't just yessed to death. He listened, he explained the process & he answered all my questions, told me what needed to be done. He put my mind at ease. I left his office knowing that everything was going to be fine because I hired the best attorney Scott E. Gross. Thank you Scott Gross.

The Best

Simply the best attorney. I was charge with a serious white collar crime. Scott took the time to speak with me, go through my options, and get me the best available outcome. I saw attorneys who were asking for 100K retainers. They didn't care. Scott does.

Excellent lawyer, will fight tirelessly to win your case

Scott's work ethic, intelligence, patience and clear headed thinking are unparalleled. He is aggressive - successfully representing his clients without being a jerk like so many other lawyers. Scott is not only responsive 24/7 but he truly cares. My case is not easy and honestly, I would probably ...be a high maintenance client anyway. Scott listens to my concerns and cuts through the BS and keeps himself and me focused on what truly is truly relevant to the success of my case. We met for the first time at 9:30 pm, just 12 hours before I had to be in court. I owe him everything for the success of that first a court date especially given the very short lead time. Beyond my gratitude about his success that day, I truly appreciate the way he managed my expectations going in to it. He got me what I wanted but I know if I hadn't, he would have made it happen at another date. As someone who is also in the client service business, managing expectations is a hard part of the job and ultimately the mark of a true professional. The last six months have been infinitely easier knowing I had Scott and his team on my side.
