Ross Kofman responded to my online request for a criminal defense lawyer first and gave me immediate relief when I explained my situation to him. He told me most of the charges were bogus and would easily be dropped. Fortunately after 3 months of being in limbo, going to court dates once a mo...nth merely to hear the judge say, I see you've been making your check in appointments, good, come back next month, the case never went to trial and I was informed today that the charges are being dropped at my next court date. Lawyers are not cheap and not so easy to get on the phone after you hire them because sometimes their days are packed as they are always in court, but don't let that put you off from hiring these guys. They got me waived of quite a few bogus felony charges. They do their jobs well. I originally spoke to Ross and thought he would be my lawyer but Brad Leventhal showed up at my first court date and he did an excellent job with the proceedings, encouraging me assuring me that this would pass and it would be okay. These guys were half the price of the original lawyer I went to who wanted 20,000 upfront to cover the whole pretrial and trial. Thosev other guys told me it would be over by Christmas, for that exorbitant fee. Fortunately I went with these guys and only paid 10,000 because there was no trial and here we are right before Christmas getting dismissed. So relieved. Thank you guys.
