Gary was referred to me by a close friend of mine who is a previous client of Gary's. As a first-time homeowner, I greatly appreciate how supportive Gary was throughout this lengthy and complicated process while having to work and communicate with the various parties involved. He was very accessible ...and swift in his responses. He regularly kept me updated on where we were currently at in the process, while also prepping me on what was coming up ahead.

Gary helped us buy and close on our first ever home in Brooklyn. It was an intense, confusing, and intimidating process that often left us stressed and unsure, but Gary was always incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and responsive, and it made it a lot better. We particularly appreciated how during... our closing he went through and clearly explained and answered all of our questions about every document we were about to sign, and never made us feel stupid for asking more questions. I purchased a 3-bedroom co-op. With the COVID virus going around, Gary was on top of everything. He emailed and called the coop attorney and the selling attorney multiple times to find out the rules regarding coop fees, maintenance and all the other small tidbits. He got back to me in a timely manner....
