Me and my husband closed on a house in Long Island earlier this month. Gary Belyalovsky handled this transaction from the point of us signing the contract till closing. He was very thorough in reviewing the contract, made necessary changes to it before us signing the contract. All in all, we were able to close in less than a month after going into contract.
