Gary was extremely helpful, very responsive, and knowledgeable. We hired him for our co-op purchase in Brooklyn, and as first time buyers we needed all the help we could get, which Gary patiently provided. He answered all our questions throughout the 3 months ordeal, gave us valuable legal advice, ...and never left us hanging (which is a lot more than I can say about the co-op board). 10/10 would hire again.

Me and my husband closed on a house in Long Island earlier this month. Gary Belyalovsky handled this transaction from the point of us signing the contract till closing. He was very thorough in reviewing the contract, made necessary changes to it before us signing the contract. All in all, we were able to close in less than a month after going into contract. Also, Gary Belyalovsky was able to get us some money back (2K) at closing for small leak in the basement (We spotted the leak at final walkthrough right before closing).
