We were selling our apartment and Mr. Belyalovsky was recommended by our real estate agent. When we spoke with Mr. Belyalovsky he seemed very knowledgeable, professional and, on top of that, his prices were reasonable. We no longer live in New York, so this entire transaction was done via email and... telephone. When we spoke on the phone, Gary was always precise, informative, personable and polite. He made sure we were clear on everything discussed prior to ending the call. His email responses were prompt and well-defined. The entire process was smooth and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Me and my husband closed on a house in Long Island earlier this month. Gary Belyalovsky handled this transaction from the point of us signing the contract till closing. He was very thorough in reviewing the contract, made necessary changes to it before us signing the contract. He then handled all t...he title work and worked closely with Chase bank and seller's attorneys to finalize the transaction. All in all, we were able to close in less than a month after going into contract. Also, Gary Belyalovsky was able to get us some money back (2K) at closing for small leak in the basement (We spotted the leak at final walkthrough right before closing).
