Gary helped us buy and close on our first ever home in Brooklyn. I purchased a 3-bedroom co-op. With the COVID virus going around, Gary was on top of everything. He emailed and called the coop attorney and the selling attorney multiple times to find out the rules regarding coop fees, maintenance and all the other small tidbits. He got back to me in a timely manner....

When we spoke with Mr. Belyalovsky he seemed very knowledgeable, professional and, on top of that, his prices were reasonable. We no longer live in New York, so this entire transaction was done via email and... telephone. When we spoke on the phone, Gary was always precise, informative, personable and polite.
