Irene Stein, Esq. strongly believes that a lawyer should limit their practice to specific areas of law. Mrs. Stein also believes that being a good attorney requires concentration in that field. As well as the ability to develop a comprehensive and working knowledge of all aspects of the said field, as opposed to having some basic understanding of everything, and a working knowledge of little to nothing.

Since the beginning of our practice in 2000, Irene and her staff have assisted thousands of homeowners in achieving their goals. Including home-ownership, refinancing a current home, representing banks, reviewing titles and lien searches.

In addition to an individual Attorney’s experience, she also believes that back office support must be well educated, experienced as such equipped in assisting the attorney in handling the transaction from point of Contract through Closing. In addition to her Real Estate Law practice, she frequently dedicates her time educating attorneys, real estate and mortgage professionals on issues that can arise within the Contract of Sale and Closing of Title.
