We were selling our apartment and Mr. Belyalovsky was recommended by our real estate agent. When we spoke with Mr. Belyalovsky he seemed very knowledgeable, professional and, on top of that, his prices were reasonable. We no longer live in New York, so this entire transaction was done via email and... telephone. When we spoke on the phone, Gary was always precise, informative, personable and polite. He made sure we were clear on everything discussed prior to ending the call. His email responses were prompt and well-defined. The entire process was smooth and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
