We were selling our apartment and Mr. Belyalovsky was recommended by our real estate agent. When we spoke with Mr. Belyalovsky he seemed very knowledgeable, professional and, on top of that, his prices were reasonable. We no longer live in New York, so this entire transaction was done via email and... telephone. When we spoke on the phone, Gary was always precise, informative, personable and polite. He made sure we were clear on everything discussed prior to ending the call. His email responses were prompt and well-defined. The entire process was smooth and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Gary was extremely helpful, very responsive, and knowledgeable. We hired him for our co-op purchase in Brooklyn, and as first time buyers we needed all the help we could get, which Gary patiently provided. Me and my husband closed on a house in Long Island earlier this month. Gary Belyalovsky handled this transaction from the point of us signing the contract till closing. He was very thorough in reviewing the contract, made necessary changes to it before us signing the contract.
