Great choice

Philippe is a great professional in what he does. My case took around 2 years, he keep me informed every step of the process, knowledgeable and responsive. My traffic ticket was dismissed with NO points and fines to pay. Highly recommended.

Excellent Traffic Ticket Attorney

Philippe was honest and thorough, he went to my court appointments and kept me informed of every step and outcome. After multiple reschedules, thankfully my ticket was dismissed.

Excellent Services from Mr. Philippe Gerschel

I salute Philippe Gerschel for providing outstanding and the highly professional services at a minimum fee for his time to get my traffic ticket dismissed with No points and no fines. I can honestly say Mr. Gerschel is the best of the best lawyer at what he does. He kept me fully informed every step... of the process and is a great professional. Great lawyer!!!

I went to Mr Gerschel because my T&LC hack license was being suspended. He explained the process to me in detail and helped me work out my defense for the OATH hearing. In the end his great knowledge of the court proceedings resulted in us winning the case and the OATH judge recommending that my hack... license is reinstated. Definitely worth every single penny I paid him. To anybody that finds themselves in a similar situation I highly recommend securing Mr Gerschel's services.

Excellent defense

I found Philippe through a google search. I had called 5 other lawyers before speaking to Philippe. I immediately knew he would be the one to represent me. He is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Philippe won my case. And I’m not surprised considering how he runs his business. He is always a...vailable and great with following up with clients. If you are torn between lawyers to use, I would recommend giving Philippe a call.
