so i was jnder the impression i had a DAT a month later than what i thougt. Turned out that i had court in one day and i had no one to represent me ans j started to panic as for i didnt want to deal with any thing involving the courts on my own Mr.gerschel was the last person i was going to call befo...re I gave up and whwn he got on the phone with me the sense of stress and panic completely disappeared he made me feel as if i knew him for years. With only 24 hours till court he switched up his schedule for me to be able to be respresented by him which was awesome..long story short i was expecting a misdemeanor on my record and he helped shine light on my innocence and made sure i got nothong more than a acod.not even community service.I DEF RECCOMEND MR. I got slapped with a Reckless driving summons a couple of months ago, I didn't think it was that serious until I researched on line how serious this was and saw it was a misdemeanor! One of the worst you can get in a traffic case. Just a case of road rage. ( who doesn't get upset when they're bein...g cut off ?!) The cop who issued it to me said " just show up to court, and plead guilty it won't go on your record" yeah okay . Potential 5 points, jail time and a criminal record won't affect me in anyway ? I started to panic because as a med student, I did not need a single crime on my record no matter if it was non violent . I researched and called up a few lawyers who know the courts in my county ( Richmond -Staten Island) and they had fair prices, but they didn't seem to really know what they were talking about and couldn't answer my questions in a straight forward manner, and always reaching their assistants rather then themselves. I finally Came across Phillipe and i pretty much was hopeless till I came on avvo and saw most of his reviews were for reckless driving cases , all positive 5 stars. I did more research and went on his website, I inquired and not even 2 minutes after sending it in I got a call PERSONALLY from Phillipe. He didn't use fancy law terms , and explained it all to me in plain English , and reassured me not to worry and knows the people in the courts well, but there's always a possibility of the worst outcome. I didn't hesitate to hire him after our first phone call . His price was higher Than what most lawyers offered but it was something I was willing to pay if it meant my charges would be dropped down to a violation or nothing . He was very responsive through email and text , and could be reached at any time of the day. It was time to go to court and I was pretty nervous but I had confidence that Phillipe would do whatever is best for me when it came down to the arraignment. I didn't have to speak , I didn't have to do absolutely anything but stand there and watch him do his thing for me. The judge ( who was a little tough ) and the prosecutor wanted to suspend my license and give me community service & whatever else . You could imagine what went through my head : " what the flying --" But Phillipe made a good point out to the court , and then and there it was settled, I got slapped with a violation and had to pay a couple of hundred bucks . I was relieved! I am able to drive , not have a record and have no points on my license . Let's just say I learned my lesson and I'm gonna just let people cut me off and not even bother. Phillipe exceeded my expectations and if I was to need a lawyer for a traffic case again, he would be on my speed dial. Hire him for your traffic case or reckless driving summons ! You won't be disappointed.
