Disappointed

I was hired by this attorney as a litigator, while I transitioned back into law after a 17 year legal career in complex Litigation. I was punished and unsupported for doing my job well. Applying my skills, knowledge, training, and experience, I advocated strongly at OATH hearings in full support of t...he firm's goals. The other litigators hired were not as experienced and they were elevated and supported above me in the firm. I am currently thankful to be managing my own legal practice again where I will not be a victim to my professional attributes.

Great choice

Philippe is a great professional in what he does. My case took around 2 years, he keep me informed every step of the process, knowledgeable and responsive. My traffic ticket was dismissed with NO points and fines to pay. Highly recommended.

Above and Beyond!

Philippe Gerschel is simply amazing and efficient. He resolved my matter as if it was his personal problem and got me an amazing deal from TLC. Great lawyer!!!

I went to Mr Gerschel because my T&LC hack license was being suspended. He explained the process to me in detail and helped me work out my defense for the OATH hearing. In the end his great knowledge of the court proceedings resulted in us winning the case and the OATH judge recommending that my hack... license is reinstated. Definitely worth every single penny I paid him. To anybody that finds themselves in a similar situation I highly recommend securing Mr Gerschel's services.
